Weekly online activity groups on Zoom tailored for older people.
Our weekly online activity groups for older people will keep you active from the comfort of your own home. Our sessions range from gentle exercise, tai chi, and chair yoga to dance and meditation.
Each 60-minute session includes around 45 minutes of gentle exercise, plus time to get to know one another in a friendly, sociable setting.
Our weekly online activity groups run for eight weeks at a time and are currently available to older people living in the West Midlands and West Yorkshire.
Online chair yoga with Bryony
- When: weekly on Wednesdays at 11am

Online chair yoga with Ellie
- When: weekly on Tuesdays at 2pm
- Where: on Zoom
Work within your own ability in this mindful and restorative yoga session. Stay on for a chat afterwards with others from the group.
Online seated pilates with Linda
- When: weekly on Thursdays at 2pm
- Where: on Zoom
Take part in pilates while remaining seated on a chair, with optional standing exercises included to develop leg strength and improve balance. Stay on for a chat afterwards with others from the group.
