Thank you!

Your support means the world

This year, thousands of older people across the UK are feeling less lonely and isolated because of the tremendous support they have received from our brilliant community of volunteers, laying on tea parties, organising activity groups, and making phone calls.

Maya, who is 85 and blind, maintains a lifeline to the outside world through her Re-engage call companion, Rachel: “There was nothing for me until she came along.” said Maya.

Emma encouraged her mum Norma, 78, who has Alzheimer’s, to join a tea party group this year. Emma told us: “It was the best thing we could have done. The tea parties have provided a spark, giving her the confidence to socialise again.”

These are just two of the many inspirational, life changing and heart-warming stories we hear about every day.

None of these wonderful moments would be possible without the backing of our funders and the support of hundreds of individuals who've donated and partaken in all sorts of creative challenges.

We’d like to say a huge thank you from all the older people we have been able to support this year because of our supporters’ generosity.

Here are just some of the amazing organisations who have supported us. There are no doubt many more who are helping us play a part in reducing loneliness and isolation among those aged 75 and older, and we extend our gratitude to them as well.

Thank you and we look forward to working with you again.
