Raising concerns
Re-engage take all the complaints of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination by fellow employees, volunteers, customers, suppliers, visitors, the public and any others during the charity’s work activities extremely seriously. Such acts will be dealt with as misconduct under the charity’s grievance and/or disciplinary procedures, and appropriate action will be taken.
For particularly serious complaints, which may constitute a criminal act, the relative authorities will be informed.
We have safe and confidential processes in place to support all trustees, volunteers, staff, and older people using our services to raise concerns and report any discriminatory behaviour or injustice that they may experience in our charity.
The complaints procedure and the complaint form is available on our website.
