- To make sure drivers in our tea party groups know what to expect from tea parties and their role.
- To support drivers in making sure the journeys are safe and how to support older people getting in and out of the car.
- To make sure our drivers are aware of the communication processes and who their first point of contact is.
- To know what a tea party is and who attends.
- To know what tasks to carry out before, during and after tea parties.
- To know our safe driving expectations and how to support older people get in and out of the car for their own and older people’s safety.
- To know how to communicate effectively and who to get in touch with if there is a problem or question.
