We use recruitment software which helps remove bias for a forward-thinking, fair and objective alternative to traditional hiring. The system anonymises CVs and enables us to make data-driven assessments and scoring thereby ensuring shortlisting and hiring decisions are focused on someone's ability, rather than their background.
