If you know someone aged 75 or over who’s feeling lonely or isolated, we may be able to help. All our services are free to join and designed to bring connection and companionship into older people’s lives.
To get started, simply select a service on our online map.
If you choose a tea party or activity group, we’ll show you if there are spaces available near you.
If you choose one of our Call Companion services, you’ll be taken to a short referral form.
Referral guidance
We’re a charity focused on reducing loneliness and providing companionship to people aged 75 and older.
Our services may be suitable for some older people living with dementia, but it depends on the stage of dementia and whether the person can safely, enjoyably and independently take part in social activities.
We’re unable to support people with complex mental health needs.
For full referral criteria and guidance, please read our suitability and requirements FAQs.
